Charlie joined Harrigan Weidenmuller in 1991 and focuses on developing, leasing, and managing commercial and industrial properties. He has extensive experience in tenant and capital improvements, zoning issues, and permit negotiations. A 1989 graduate of UC Berkeley majoring in Economics, after graduating, Charlie worked in Czechoslovakia through a UC Berkeley business school program. Notable transactions include a 124,000 sq ft industrial building sale in South San Francisco and a 10-year lease with DHL, which won DEAL OF THE YEAR from the San Francisco Business Times. He was also recognized for installing the largest commercial solar project in the city. Charlie is active with the Urban Land Institute and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
