Charlie joined Harrigan Weidenmuller in 1991. Charlie is primarily focused on the developing, leasing, and managing of commercial and industrial properties. He has extensive experience in tenant and capital improvement projects, overcoming zoning issues, and negotiating the permit process. Charlie graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 with a B.S. in Social Sciences, emphasizing in Economics. Prior to joining HWCO, he was granted a business internship in Czechoslovakia. Some of his more recent transactions include the sale/trade of a 124,000 sq ft industrial building in South San Francisco, and a 10-year lease with DHL that won DEAL OF THE YEAR, awarded by the SAN FRANCISCO BUSINESS TIMES. He was recently recognized for his role in installing the largest commercial solar project in San Francisco. Charlie is involved with Urban Land Institute and the Institute of Real Estate Management.

He worked as a sales associate with HWCO until 1972, when he started his own firm, Muller and Company. Muller and Company specialized in Industrial leasing, Sales and Real Estate Syndications. In 1988, the partners of HWCO asked Tim to comeback to the firm as the sole principal and lead the company into the 21st century. He still remains its President.
